After I paste in the character info into import, AMR site responds with old equipment and does not recognize the current equipped items. I have tried updating the in game addon several times.

Perhaps you are encountering an error, or have old data cached… have you tried clearing your browser cache? If that doesn’t help, do you see any errors in the console on your browser?
