Yeah so the fear trait in the defensive slot of my shoulders are not optimal for a raid enviroment and it still tells me to switch to it even though it has no benefit. Please fix it.

None of the options for that specific slot (Resounding Protection or Intimidating Presence) will have any benefit for dps simulations (as those won’t include survivability) and therefor always have a value of 0.
The reported dps increase of 0.06% has nothing to do with that as this will still happen if you lock that trait or change the Azerite Threshold to anything else than 0%. Apparently AMR will still report that dps gain even with absolutely no changes to your current gear.
While that may have to do something with the current status of AMR as they’re in the middle of calculating new Geraring Strategies with all of the new items and effects, that does seem strange. I’d guess that might be a behaviour requiring some analysis by the AMR team.
We’re in the process of updating all gearing strategies – should have an updated version in the next day or so. That should clear this up – on my dev version I don’t see this behavior, probably some minor incompatibility with the fact that we have updated 8.2 code running on the live site, but some of the ranking data is still from pre-8.2 simulations.

It tells me that Intimidating presence is nearly a 2% dps increase. Therefore manipulating all my Bis slots for the azerite gear.
I would need a little more information, because I’m not getting that result.
What settings are you using? Could you maybe post a screenshot of the setup step? I used the defaults, and it does not recommend changing your azerite traits:
