The best in bag function is not working for me and the upgrade finder is grayed out?
Sounds like perhaps you are not logged in, or do not have a specific character loaded?

I am definitely logged in and I have my fury warrior loaded.
I cut and paste from the addon and I goes through the motions for best in bags and shows nothing below.
Find upgrades is grayed out also which is new.
I thought maybe my premium subscription had lapsed but it is not the case as I am good to 2020.
So I have no idea why this is happening.
Could you post your addon export string that you copy from in-game to the website here? Maybe you are encountering an error preventing the page from loading.
Also – have you tried clearing your browser cache, and/or logging out and back in to the website?

I have logged out of and back into the website and it does not correct itself.
I cleared my browser cache and it works again.

I was able to use your string and optimize using Best in Bags. When you say it “won’t do anything”, what specifically happens? When you press Find Best in Bags, it doesn’t respond?
Are you getting any javascript errors on the page? You can check the web console in your browser for anything in red and let me know what it says.

not sure what you mean by Checking the Webconsole. I use Chrome
In Chrome, open the main menu with the vertical “…” icon at the top-right of the browser, then go to More tools -> Developer tools. A window should open, click on the Console tab if it is not already selected.
Then try refreshing the web page and doing whatever is giving you problems – do any error show up in red in the console? And if so, copy the error messages here.
Also – are you blocking scripts or anything on our site?

I never had problems before the new version !
Another user is getting a similar error… we load the javascript files (in this case gearbib.js) from a CDN (content delivery network). For whatever reason, that is returning 500 errors for some users. I have a support request in with our CDN provider to see if they can shed any light on the issue.
Also – could you try clearing your browser cache? That may resolve the issue.
