I have read this post and still have a question.

My question is:
How can https://snag.gy/gh6inc.jpg NOT be an upgrade when using BiB?

Also, regardless of how many times I look in my inventory/bank/voidstorage/whereever AMR still claims that I’ve not inspected all my relics in the crusible, but since the only relics I have are currently equipped in my artefact then… I’d like to know what it is that AMR finds that I can’t find myself.

Can you post your export string from the addon so that I can see all the gear available in your bags and recreate this?

I’d guess it’s because you don’t have the spec priority set up the way you want it, so the optimiser isn’t using it in that weapon as it’s using it in the other.
