I just get an error when I try best in bags, not working at all.

Post the export from your in-game addon and tell us what gearing strategy you are using.
The specified gearing strategy could not be found: AmrGorothH|AmrDruidBalanceDefault|Heroic
There’s already a thread about that error and there’s a fix in the works.
