I’m an Assassination Rogue, and I was excited when I got [Duskwalker’s Footpads], as all rogue guides agree it’s one of the two best legendaries.
But using Best In Bags, AMR ranks it VERY low, and tells me [Cindaria, The Symbiote] and [Zoldyck Family Training Shackles] is better. I understand the shackles, but Cindaria? Other guides rank it very low.
Is AMR just looking at the footpads stats, and not factoring in it’s Equip ability?

In your case, since you have a 915 pair of boots with better stats, the footpads just aren’t an optimal choice. That is why Mr. Robot’s custom gearing advice is generally better than one size fits all advice.

I did the hour-long sim thing against Ursoc, but you did it against Krosus. Is the difference significant enough that I should redo it all over again?
The difference is that Ursoc is 210 seconds by default, Krosus is 300 sec. The Ursoc script uses bloodlust at 30% by default, Krosus uses it on the pull.
