The haste profile was my original setup. BiB told me that I should change to the crit setup, I guess due to the change in ring and trinket. And trusting the adaptable logic now withing AMR, and even the AMR sims of the crit profile showed a significant increase in dps, I changed my gems and enchants to crit. Once changed to crit, I did a BiB and it told me to change back to the haste setup. Is this a glitch?

With haste gems = 1,202,820 DPS
With crit gems = 1,198,366 DPS
That’s a difference of 4454 DPS or 0.37%, that’s far from a significant difference!

I did those sims with 0.05% set for error margin, which is about 600 DPS.
The standard deviation is just over 40,000 DPS, so I think you need to adjust what you think a significant amount is.

The goal for BiB is to be within 2% and it takes about five seconds to give you the answer.
If you want to get more accurate than that you’ll need to start doing sims, either single ones or a custom batch.
I’ve heard that they’re working on a feature to further refine the BiB result but until they’ve implemented it you’ll have to learn how to use the current options. There are a few of us on the Discord server who’ll be able to help if you have questions.

Oh no no…I was talking about the change BiB suggested…all my gems and enchants is a significant thing (and expensive to some) to change. I remember one of you said there was gonna be a feature that allowed BiB to ignore small changes? Is that still going to happen? Also, the point of my post was the fact that BiB suggested the change, then turned around and changed its mind. “Change all your gems and enchants to Crit! Hmm…hmmm…yep…nevermind…change it back!”

I understand a certain amount of common sense should be used when seeing the change suggested as AMR does tell you just how much of a dps increase the change would cause, but for those who rely on AMR to get the best possible dps out of their classes, a system that suggest drastic changes to their gear like this is a bit flawed and misleading…especially if a drastic change only results in 4000 dps increase…especially misleading if the system tells you to change everything right back.
