The BiB system tells me to use an item 25ilvl lower with my shoulders and I can’t seem to figure out why. It seems to maybe think that tradewinds doesn’t stack from another slot? The shoulders are 7th legionnaire’s shoulderpads ilvl300, and Seafarer Shoulderpads ilvl325.
