If this happens, you can usually resolve the issue by closing all of your clients, and then leaving them off for at least 10 minutes, 15 is better to be safe. Then start your client up, refresh the simulator page, and try again.

I just checked, and it does not look like user “ucspula” (the account you are using to post in this forum) is connected. I do notice in your screenshot that you are logged into the client as “ucspulb”. Perhaps you are using one account on the client and another on the site?
