This probably means that you have a custom gearing strategy chosen on one of your specs, but that gearing strategy has been deleted.
To fix this, activate each of your specs on the website, choose a gearing strategy from the picker, and press Save. You must do this for all of your specs, even if you don’t use them very often.

I’m having the same problem with my frost mage. With single target I get this message: The specified gearing strategy could not be found: a721e94f6943455bb2c7404a65b43b86
I get a similar message when I try a pre-21 strategy.
