Short answer: critical strike.
Long answer: simple stat priorities generally don’t tell the whole story, which is why we don’t use them to optimize gear anymore. We use a statistical model that includes information about all of your gear, trinket procs, legendaries, set bonuses, etc.
You can see the rough stat breakdown that is desirable for your character by doing any optimization on our site. e.g. in the Gear Explorer at the top of the page, press Auto Gem/Enchant. A chart then appears that shows you the rough allocation of stats that is desirable for your character in its current state.
