Other sites like Icyveins claim haste to be top stat for destroying locks and mastery second but only with 4 pc tier 20 otherwise haste then crit. This was also how AMR ranked these stats for adaptive single target until recently. Now AMR is suggesting mastery chants and gems for all gear. This would be expensive to replace all my chants and gems but would if I was sure it made a difference. I am also unsure of BIB’s suggestion for trinkets and legendaries. The current string wants me to use a 880 Unstable Arcanocrystal stat stick for trinket 2 but i would much rather use a 930 Chrono Shard. The stat stick would be preferable if it was a higher lvl but such a low one seems doubtful. Using AMR’s suggestion I would lose 6 levels and significant int, crit and haste in exchange for mastery. This along with the suggestion to use The Master Harvester legendary instead of Soul of the Netherlord which even your own system ranks +0.48% higher than the one BIB’ suggests. This makes me a bit wary and would like an assurance that my gold would be well spent if I went ahead with your suggestions.
