Disable Amanthul Vision

Guys i would love if someones helps me how do i disable amanthulvision from my bis Pannel plz ?

Remove AmanThul from selection

Hi there I know that Aman-Thul will be BIS for almost everyone if they can get it but other than locking in and guessing what trinkets I should pick (I’m rubbish at that) is there a way to exclude it completely. I remember a while back we were able to untick loot from the lists so it couldn’t be picked. Thanks again for all the help here James
