I already redownloaded the client zip folder, but it changed nothing.
I would need more information to help you out:
What operating system are you on, and which version of the client are you using: the windows only or the any-platform version?
When do you get the error – immediately upon starting it, or after you do something?
I’m on windows, using the windows-specific version. It happens at startup before any input.
Have you tried completely deleting the AskMrRobotClient folder, and re-downloading it?
