Before doing Best in Bags, set Shadow as your highest priority spec (press Start Over on Best in Bags if you are looking at the result already, and in step 1, drag and drop to re-order them). I think it’s having a problem because you have no weapons for your healing specs perhaps.
This should be fixed now – in general, make sure to put your specs in the order that you prefer, otherwise you might get unexpected optimization results.
Same Problem on new 110 trying to Best in Bags.

Your error is a different issue… it seems to be related to a very old item you have with the old “upgrades”. I’ll see if I can fix that up for low-level characters…
I did an update, this should be fixed now.
