I’m at the point there’s no more straight gear upgrades for me (Except Mythic raiding, which I don’t have the patience to find a group for). Including in the new Crucible Raid.
But I’d still like to work out where best to spend my Bonus Rolls for chances at Warforging/TitanForging/Socket upgrades. I’d be happy enough if it’s just a straight dropdown “Consider Items at: Unmodified|Socketed|Warforged +5|Warforged +10|Titanforged +15|Titanforged +20, etc” - and then just considered all items at the level you’ve picked (Stripping out weapons that can’t Titanforged, if that’s still a thing).
I think some sort of option to look for the best WF/TF items would be cool - it’s certainly something that is still on our radar to develop. It’s pretty difficult because the number of sets of gear we have to check quickly explodes to an absurd number, so we have to be smart about it.
If you took the dumb approach I’ve suggested: Surely it’d be exactly the same number of sets as it’s currently checking.
At warforged +5: Treat all possible items at +5 iLevel, and just check those.
At warforged +10: Treat all possible items at +10 iLevel, and just check those.
(Titanforged it comes down, because you can ignore weapons)
