Using the multi-target rotation guide, if you select the talent Splitting Ice, Comet Storm still shows up in the 3+ targets rotation.
Just a minor thing but thought you’d like to have everything 100%

Thanks - I’m actually working on a revision for the frost mage guide anyway that include the “orb” build, so this will be cleaned up.
Have you run the data for the “orb” build yet?
Also how will I know if I’ve got the right gear and talents for it?
That’s really the question I’m looking at: what talent/gear/traits should you have to play orb build, and, when is it a DPS increase to switch to that play style?
