My question is: Why is it showing me an azerite trait that is not for the Holy spec as best in bags.

This is probably due to the specs order.
Before BiB en the left you have a spec order. If you drag drop you will prioritize one spec above the other.
With that in mind, AMR wil found the best item even if it has a bad azerith.
For example: you have a head 415 for shadow, but only a 375 for holy, maybe the +30 iLvl will outgear any azerith you may have.
