Import button in-game not working this morning

I can export, post to the site, get my return import string and post in the app. When I hit import I get the error below.

I’ve logged out and back in, and restarted wow completely - same error.

Do you get the error if you disable your other addons? It’s often hard to tell which addon is the cause of the problem.

Also – could you post here the string of data that you are trying to import into the addon?

Sorry I’ve been away from this for a couple of days.
I noticed both the app and the website had some changes this morning so I tried again.
No error this time, but after pasting the import into the app it just tells me I haven’t loaded anything for this spec.

After playing with this for a bit, it’s because the new in-game app doesn’t switch the dropdown at the top to one of the imported specs, it’s just blank — after changing the drop down it works as expected.

I’m getting the same issue, I have updated and did one toon after the update with no issue, switched toons, nope, reload, exited game, etc won’t work. I have to agree deleting the existing gear sets I feel makes it that I have to try and remember or idk not raid heal tonight as I switched to boom for wq sigh

I am having the same issue. I haven’t tried other toons yet, but I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the addon and disabling everything else. I am getting “The dasta string is not in the correct format.” I have checked that I don’t have any saved AMR sets in Equipment Manager.

Can I get you more data that might be helpful?

I don’t see anything wrong with your strings… I tried it out on one of my characters and it didn’t like that it was for the wrong characters, but it was able to read it.

Did you update the addon while WoW was running? That can cause problems sometimes. While you have WoW completely shut down, could you try deleting the addon (including the settings in the WTF folder, the Twitch app can do that for you automatically when you remove an app). Then re-install it. See if that fixes the problem.
