I don’t see any options for getting BiB. All down below that there are no options to move any feature along either. I’ve cleared my cache/cookies/history. I even checked to make sure my sub hadn’t expired. Truly at a loss here.

What browser are you using ?
If it’s internet explorer i probably would suggest you to go with Edge or Chrome or Not Modzillaor Firefox.
I saw this happen for another user with an uncommon browser… can’t remember which one. And I really have no idea how a browser could cause a pretty standard button to disappear…
We officially support Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
