Something is wrong with azerite gear skill recomendations. Ask mr robot keeps recommending a force slot, but one does not exist. FI: AMR says there are 4 force slots, where there is only three.
If you post your addon export that you copy from the game to the website, we can take a closer look.
Blizzard likes to make up all sorts of weird rules about when the different traits are available on gear, probably got changed with this update to increase the item level of most gear.
I posted an update that should fix up these lower-level (rare-quality) azerite items. You may need to re-import and/or re-optimize to pick up the change.
