happened again today but only with the multi target spec after a best in bags selection

I am not observing missing head items when running BiB with the string that you provided. I see the Emerald Dreamcatcher being suggested.

Do you have any item locks or custom settings that might be causing a conflict?

I haven’t set up any custom settings item locks etc.
emerald dreamcatcher was suggested for single target but not multi target the headslot was empty I will rerun it again today

I’m just a normal user like you, but I decided to try your import string and it turns out ok for me. No headgear is missing. Tried both Single and Multi.

Weird… I’ll check with our developer. Maybe we can clear out your cache on the server side to try to clear it up.

I cleared the server cache for your character… that’s the only thing left to try that I can think might help. Note that you will have to set any of your custom settings for that character again – filters, options, spec priority, etc. And you will need to re-import from the addon probably too.

Let me know if that clears up the issue.
