Same, the item is not recognized at all.

Multiple people reported this same issue, going to close this thread and track it all in one issue. See the other thread for further updates.
Silent Scavenger Footpads (Voldunai - Revered) and Swampstalker Leggings (Talanji’s Expedition - Revered) are not showing up as gear that I own in the BiB Feature. After finding the BiB loadout, and finding that they WEREN’T BiB, I was suspiscious… so I clicked on the slot in question (Legs and Feet) and found they weren’t even being simulated. I have tried with them in my bags and with them equiped. I have also logged off for a short while and tried again. Neither of which yielded any different…
