When I copy and paste, all my gear is in wrong slots, like waist in weapon slot, so on and so forth, delete, reinstall, copy and paste with fresh install, same deal. whats going on?
If you post your addon export (that you copy from addon to the website), we can take a closer look.
Sometimes pressing Unlock All and re-optimizing can fix issues like that too.
