I have used Mr. Robot for years. Suddenly, it wont load or optimize specific characters. Demacus-Mal’Ganis is where it first appeared. While playing my toon, I would alt-tab to check optimizer. Wouldn’t load demacus. he was in the list, but when I clicked on him…nothing happened. I could load my other toons. When I logged off of demacus on WoW. I went back to Mr. Robot…surprise he loads. I go back into WoW on a different toon…alt-tab…surprise, it wont load, others will. Today I logged on Mr. Robot, (not playing WoW) , I try to load Demacus by spelling out his name…he appears in list, but when I click, nothing…when I click on other toons…all is fine…when I click on Demacus…nothing. No matter how I try to load him. Years of playing with him and using Mr. Robot and this just cropped up…Help Please
Could you post your character export string from the in-game addon? I’ll see what happens when I try to load your character.
You can also use the new “help” link and click the “create support post” button. Copy that snapshot id to the forum here and I can then see everything you do, with all your settings.
I have been trying all morning…when I use ingame addon, ctrl-c the string…go to internet site, import (paste) it loads the character, but it then tells me to login??? when I do, it reloads the site, but the toon is not there…nothing…attempting to attach screenshot…….it happens with 4 of my toons. When I am logged into MrRobot, I cannot load MY toons, but can load others…my wifes for example…this is BROKEN bad

PS…there is no HELP button as you describe
I was able to load your character with no issues, so I don’t think it is specific to your character or gear.
It sounds like somehow your browser is not keeping you logged in maybe… a few things could cause that. Maybe you are using a private mode on your browser that doesn’t keep cookies between sessions – that would log you out.
Also, which browser are you using and what version?
MS EDGE…never had a problem ……years of use…till last update
For instance…right now, I go to the site…am logged in…click on recent characters…click on Demacus……nothing…clikck on the other toons, they seem to load
Are you getting any errors? Press F12, go to the Console tab, and see if there are any messages in red – post what it says here if there are any messages.
Also, could you post your addon export string for that character?
