Option to create a blank/editable gearing strategies?

Please add the option to create a blank gearing strategy without having to run a full gearing strategy on the simulator first.

I understand the advantage and accuracy of machine learning but if i want to play around with stacking haste over mastery using the BiS feature of the site i have to run a full gearing simulation (that i dont intent to use), that on my desktop takes only 8-10 minutes but on my laptop takes an hour.

Why have this be so… cumbersome?

There is no way for us to pick trinkets, azerite traits, or weapon enchants using just stat weights. That is why we make it start from the gearing strategy simulation. Most of the optimization problem would be unsolvable with just a list of stat weights.
