HI,

The whole website seems not to be working for me. I get different random errors no matter what i do.

I tried accessing the website using chrome 57.0.2987.98 and Firefox 52.0.1, with and without proxy and tried clearing my browser cache entirely but the errors keep happening. For example if i succeed in loging in and opening the main page, after entering my character info and clicking on optimize gear i get the following error:

“The specified CGI application encountered an error and the server terminated the process.”

or the following error:

“Could not read the response”

A server crashed, it’s back up now.

I’m unable to run ‘Upgrade Finder’ or ‘Best in Slot’, I get the following error:

The server took too long to respond. Please refresh the page and try again.

However, I am able to run ‘Best in Bags’ and view simulation reports.

Are you using custom weights and/or gearing strategies?

Yes, I am. But, I just tried with ‘Mythic+ | Auto’ and am experiencing the same response.

I’ll need more info about what you are doing. An addon export from your character would be a good start.

The only thing I am trying to do is Auto gem/enchant after loading my character.

hmmm, I got the error once, but now it seems to work. Try clicking on BiS and then do the auto gem and enchant again, see if it works.

Getting the same thing. 1:18 AM Eastern Time. The above suggested workarounds do not work. It appears to be a server issue.

This has been happening to me for the past 2 days anytime I try to switch characters, import using add-on, use best in bags, or find upgrades. It appears that the server is under too much load and not responding.

We made a change that I think causes best-in-slot to run slowly sometimes. I have a fix for it, but will have to wait until we finish some more of this 7.2 stuff to update. We plan to do an update Tuesday with the patch.

BiS has not been working for me for 2 days. Any update on when this will be fixed?

I’m also receiving the “The server took too long to respond. Please refresh the page and try again,” error repeatedly. I’ll try over and over and it will eventually work. Happens on multiple characters with both custom and default strategies.
