So I was curious about the Rogue tier 21. I have 5 pieces of tier 21, but AMR is saying to use my old tier 20. It’s quite a few ilevels lower, so I find it odd, but it could be that tier 21 is weak compare to tier 20. But it also change my stat priority over to pretty much all crit. And everything I have read (admittedly on other sites) say that going all crit is really only good with tier 21. Am I missing something?

When I use the adaptive strategy I am seeing BiB suggest that you use 2T21 and 2T20, and it also sheds a lot of crit to get more mastery.
Maybe you were using the pre-t21 gearing strategy?
Well, now I just feel very silly. I had ring/ring Legendary locked on from the previous time I had done it (at the time it was within in the 3%). Unlocking those show’s that is now not the case and it does indeed show 2 of each tier and more mastery. My apologizes for missing such a obvious thing.
No problem – we are working on some UI updates to make the whole “locking” thing a lot more intuitive. Will probably be a while until we finish though… we’re rethinking that whole part of the “flow” for the optimizer.
