This is a nuance of gearing that is hard to explain. You will notice that it says that gear better than yours “often” has more haste and less vers. Not always. Your current gear is not able to achieve one of those stat distributions, so the optimizer is using the best one that it can achieve, which happens to have some more versatility.
The stat analysis is just a helper so you have a good idea for what items to look out for. In reality, there are all sorts of stat distributions that are all very good.
