I’m using a Shaman Enhancement, and it doesn’t equip me any weapon. If I use two axes, it takes one off so I only go with one weapon equiped. If I equip dagger or w/e else, it just takes both weapons off.
Could you post your addon export string that you copy from the game to the website so that we can reproduce your case.
Usually stuff like this happens if you don’t have enough appropriate weapons (e.g. two 1-handers with agility on them).

Yeah you need to get some weapons with agility, then everything will work as expected.
