When evaluating my BiB screen and selecting specific minor traits, I click to open the window and it says “loading” but the options never appear. I have all but two essences at at least rank 3 and am trying to lock in Conflict and Strife for my Brewmaster instead of Worldvein but it’s not available. Anything I can do to fix this?
Are you getting any kind of error in your browser? You can check in the console, e.g. in Firefox, you access the console by going to the menu -> Web Developer -> Web Console. Reload the page and try it again, see if anything shows up in red in that console.
(Different browsers have a similar option, usually called something slightly different, but same idea.)

could you post your addon export that you copy from the in-game addon to the website? With that I can try to reproduce your error… unfortunately the error message alone wasn’t enough for me to figure this one out.

Also tested on Microsoft Edge and I have the same stalling problem when trying to assess my minor essences.
I wasn’t able to produce this error on either the live site or my dev setup… trying to think what the issue could be.
Have you tried clearing any locks or exclusions and optimize again? Also, have you tried clearing your browser cache? Maybe something got into a bad state somehow…
I’m away from my PC for the next week but will try that when I return and let you know if it fixed it!
I have cleared locks, browser cache, history, and a lot of saved data and the problem still persists. I even tried it on a different browser. I click one of the minor slots to change it and shown is just an empty box with a title up top that states, “Change Minor Essence 1,” and a button on the bottom that states, “remove essence.” Not sure what else to try.
I am experiencing the same problem. I’ve been unable to select minor essences since unlocking my last slot.
We have an update coming in a couple days… maybe that will help out – I still haven’t been able to reproduce this issue. One of my characters is about to unlock the 3rd slot, so I can try to do some before and after to produce the problem again too.

To be clear: when using the BiB feature, I am unable to alter the 2nd and 3rd neck slots from the AMR recommendation. In the past (I possessed only 2 slots until this week), I have been able to change my 2nd slot option in a drop-down menu, then re-optimize to receive a gearing result tailored to that locked neck setup. Currently, AMR does not keep my choices after re-opt, but insteads defaults to the original recommendation. Additionally: I am missing Aegis of the Deep as a 2nd/3rd slot choice at all.
