Upgradefinder proposes weapon i already have

Hi AMR team,

  1. when i am checking the upgrade finder (Bonus rolls) my already equiped weapon is shown as an 0,18% upgrade - same difficulty i wear already (HC). Shouldnt it been shown as E in amber that i have it?

  2. For Best in Bags, i choosed 1 use trinket, but it suggests me Azsharas Font of Power and Shiver Venom Relicts.
    Is the basic damage “without use” of Shiver Venom only taken into account and higher?

and 3) do you plan to add a kind of team/raid analyzer again to have an easy idea for whom in the raid loot has highest upgrade (theorectly)?

While I’m not part of the AMR team, I think I can answer most of your questions:

  1. That’s most likely caused by your weapon enchant and not the weapon itself. During setup you can chosse a threshold at which AMR may replace enchants and gems - this exists so you don’t spend lots of gold on tiny differences.
    If you’d get a new weapon (even if it’s the same one!) you could use that with a more optimal enchant and get that slight increase - without having to replace the enchant on your current weapon. The optimizer considers this a way to improve your equipment without violating your chosen threshold. Yes, that may sound a bit unintuitive but would technically be correct. :wink:

  2. While that system works most of the time it apparently does still have a couple bugs which should get fixed in one of the next updates. As the AMR team is currently working on some bigger additions that may take a few days though.

  3. A team/raid analyzer could definitely be a valuable tool but it would add a lot of complexity and is a really expensive feature to run. To get correct data AMR would have to constantly recalculate everything as even one small change would give new results.
    While the AMR team agress that this would be a useful feature it’s most likely not worth it in terms of necessary processing power and the removal of Master Loot made it much more difficult to use. See Team optimizer coming back? for an official answer from June last year.
