The Keeper’s Crescent is gone and replaced with nothing else.
I’ll take a look – I think the issue is that a 2-handed weapon is making its way into the list of options for windwalker (you have a polearm with intellect, fine for mistweaver, not so good for windwalkers). That throws off some of the logic to pick weapons. I’ll update that code to filter out any 2-handers when doing windwalker optimization and it should solve the problem.

The thrash blade doesn’t have agility on it, so the optimizer just ignores it.
Also, at such a low level, the optimizer doesn’t really do much for you - we don’t officially support low level character optimization. Not sure why it’s putting your weapon in the off hand, but at your level it doesn’t really matter what gear you use - just use that is highest item level.
