Antenna of Invigoration is listed as an AQ40 upgrade. I believe this drops in AQ20 Antenna of Invigoration - Item - Classic World of Warcraft

Thanks for reporting that – we’ll update it in the next website update (today or tomorrow). Looks like a couple other AQ20 zone drops got classified as AQ40 drops as well.
