Best in Bag not recognising Lycara's Fleeting Glimpse

It recognises it on the currently equipped items, but when it loads the best in bag items, it picks an old legion legendary and has no feet items when I click on it to change

same thing is happening to me on paladin leg legendary

Same for resto shaman head legendary, Primal Tide Core. Doesn’t even recognize it as a “head” item.
