Usually this is because you have enhancement set to a higher priority than elemental – on the left side of BiB, you can drag and drop to reorder. Even with the “wrong” trait it might still be best for elemental though, if you don’t have any other higher item level choices. We have an update coming soon that will alert you when this happens and give an explanation right on the Best in Bags user interface.
