Tank Gear Optimizer Update

I posted an update with a few fixes to the new tank stuff: Sometimes setting the threshold high (Mythic or higher) was causing it to switch over to DPS mode instead of going for more toughness – that should be fixed now. Weapon enchants for DPS for tanks weren’t ranking correctly sometimes, should be fixed now for most cases.
