BiS Dungeon Gear Not Optimizing

“Best In Bags” section of the site is rejecting the gear I get from Shadowlands dungeons. Even though if you click on the slot it will show the dungeon gear as ranking higher for some reason it will not choose it and will instead prefer to leave a slot empty if you don’t have another choice.
