I would need a snapshot to reproduce your case: click the “help” link next to the big “Best in Bags” or “Upgrade Finder” section header, then click Create Support Post, and copy the generated snapshot ID here.

Without seeing that: 0.03% is really, really tiny. Could be a rounding issue or something – it’s not worth cleansing something for such a small gain.

This happened to me a while ago and, since it said “Cleansing the Items below would increase your score”, I made the mistake of cleansing all of them.

I think this needs to be fixed before someone else makes the same mistake.

I don’t think that you are talking about the same thing. Sounds like in your case it was a misunderstanding with how the UI is presented.

I never got a snapshot to investigate this particular issue any further.

I saw it again today which is why I brought it up. It’s similar to the image crayroot showed above but in my case it was a +0.31% improvement if I remember correctly. Unfortunately I’ve changed something on the character I was looking at so I can no longer reproduce it.

If you ever see it again be sure to get me a snapshot – with that I should be able to track it down pretty easily.

Holy M+ shows 1.19% increase but nothing marked to cleanse just as Areko.

What happens if you go in-game and activate your holy spec, then export again? It seems that perhaps your cloak was changed/upgraded since your last export, and your holy gear has the old version cached. I think this might be causing a conflict and producing a weird result.

Thanks, I’ll take a closer look at why it’s showing that score difference. I ran it on my development setup, and cleansing would not be an improvement in your case – so it’s coming up with the correct result (no items worth cleansing) but showing the wrong score difference (should be zero).

This should be fixed now – you may need to re-import your character to see a change.
