I’ve noticed this a few times while using AMR, and I’m not sure if its a bug or I’m just missing something.
for example AMR shows the proc of this blue 415 belt doing 19,123 DPS
and since I’m a new user I can upload another picture…
on wow it says it only deals 9,677 DPS
Does anyone know why?

I think you’ll find it’s just a tooltip error.
If you were to run a quick simulation you could look at the result and see how much damage it’s doing.
If you’re not sure how to do that I can do it for you if you provide a Snapshot ID, to do that click the Help link next to Best in Bags then click the green Create Support Post button and paste the resulting string here.
Yeah those tooltips can be a pain to display properly… looks like it’s just showing the tooltip for the incorrect item level version.
This is just a display error though – it has no impact on the optimizer, simulator, rankings, etc. I’ll see if I can figure out what happened – probably a caching issue somewhere.
It looks like it has been updated and is displaying correctly.
