Hi, I’m having an issue with the Custom Strategy feature.
The “Save Custom Strategy” button does not appear at all, so I cannot save any changes.
I tried different browsers and devices, cleared cache, logged out and back in, but the button is still missing.
Could you please check my account or tell me if there is a known issue?

Are you referring to the custom setup feature?
You can save a custom setup by first doing an optimization with Best in Bags, then when looking at the results of the optimization, there is a “Save Custom Setup” button at the top-right of the results table.
You can load that setup later via the “Load a Custom Setup” button on the “Set Up Best in Bags” tab with all of the options.
Note that we do plan to move those buttons around a little in a site update sometime soon – we may move both the save and load custom setup buttons to the “Customize” tab to centralize that power-user feature in one place on the UI.
