It appears that Darkmoon cards don’t match any of the categories in the upgrade finder. The best in slot tool will recommend me one for my priest but it can’t be found in upgrade finder.

The darkmoon cards don’t really fit under any of the current categories… I’ll put them under the “rep vendor” category for now, since that’s roughly the closest.
The upgrade finder isn’t necessarily meant to be a way to find any item in the game – it is a collection of useful, specific searches.
