Deadliest Coil simming below many other legendaries

Hi

Deadliest Coil is heralded by all sources I can find (apart from AMR) as the BiS single target DPS legendary for Unholy DKs. When I run the BiS on my character it is suggesting Deadliest Coil is one of the worst single target DPS legendaries and comes in behind Superstrain, Monstrosity and Shambler. Is something going wrong here?

I took a look at it. I must have broken the extending of Dark Transformation at some point. I’ll re-rank it with the bug fix incorporated.
