When trying to add another character I get:

No problems to add my main or any toon under level 120 except for my 117 Warrior. For 5 of my lvl 120 i get this error message.
Tried for several days and releoading the browser and on different computers.

I’m not using any in-game addon.
I’ll take a look – seems to be an error reading some data from the armory, perhaps the format changed slightly. We’ll fix it in the next update.

You’re only getting a fraction of the Mr Robot experience loading from the armory, the addon allows the site to provide you the best information tailored to your character.
It also has the advantage of working when the Armory isn’t, which has been quite frequently lately.
It’s probably worth noting that Mr Robot isn’t the only addon which has been having problems with the Armory not working correctly, all of the pet/mount/toy tracking sites have been stuck too, I suspect there are achievement tracking sites too and they would have had the same problem.
