I just got a 207 haste/mastery ring out of De Other Side+12. When I ran it through AMR, it said it this ring would increase my DPS a whopping 9.03% over my current 207 haste/mastery ring. The net change is +14 mastery/-13 haste. This does not seem like it would translate to a 9.03% DPS increase. Maybe it’s the enchant change? Either way, the results seem extremely questionable.

The change in DPS is due to the conduits. You have the option checked to allow Mr. Robot to change your conduits even if a higher priority spec uses the same soulbind.
