I usually like to use this everyone once in a while and I was curious if it was coming back anytime soon?
The gear in BfA has sooooo many effects that aren’t “stats” - it has gotten to the point where running individual gearing strategies like we had before isn’t really feasible. The amount of data you would need to generate is so high that it would take forever to run. We are hoping that gear gets reigned in a bit for the next expansion and then we can bring it back.
We did beef up our customization options so that people can tweak the optimizer a lot more when it doesn’t do exactly what you want.
