the BiS list (setup phase 4 and ZG) shows me Gloves of the Tormented, although they will be added in phase 6.

Do you have any confirmation that they are not obtainable? e.g. on wowhead I see 5 items off jeklik where the text on the page says available in phase 4, but on the side they say available in phase 6, but at least one of those items is definitely available right now in phase 4.
