I"m interested to hear how this turns out. I"m still getting the gnawed thumb ring too. I checked my gear settings and sure enough I was out… Had Pre-T21 instead of Raid Healing, so that fixed my problem where it wasn’t picking up my 4 set… BUT I’m still getting the Gnawed Thumb Ring
