You can give them the string of data that you copy from the addon to the website – with that they can reproduce exactly what you see for your character.
Or if a picture is enough, “Snipping Tool” on Windows 10 is a very fast and easy tool. The picture get’s copied to your “Ctrl+C” directly, so you can simply just “Ctrl+V” into Discord to upload the image.
