When I import my string from best in bag I get no response from the addon

It can be a little difficult to debug issues like this because I can’t import a string for your character on my own character and recreate the same situation – I have a totally different inventory of items than you.

One way we can try to figure out what’s happening though is to trap any lua errors – if the addon doesn’t respond it is likely that some kind of error is being thrown. The easiest way to do that and provide us with the error message is to install the following two addons:

BugGrabber
BugSack

They should be available on most addon services like curseforge.

These are very simple addons that will give you a minimap icon that turns red when an error happens, and you can click it to open a window and copy/paste the error message and post it here.

Doesn’t look like there’s any Talents to import to the game add-on.

Try re-running BiB, but make sure that you check Edit Talents & click “Use Last Imported Talents” to ensure BiB sees them.
